While I know some moments benefit from a bit of posing or gentle direction, I’ll never interrupt the real ones.

01.first up
As soon as you book, you’ll receive a warm welcome email that breaks down what you can expect while working together. I’ll also send over a comprehensive wedding guide to help you prepare for your big day. This guide is packed with tips, timelines, and resources to make sure everything goes smoothly, from our first consultation to the final moments of your celebration. It’s my way of saying thank you and setting us up for success, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and excited every step of the way!
02. welcome call & Questionnaire
About a month before your engagement session, I’ll send over a questionnaire and a link to book a phone call. The questionnaire helps me get to know you both as a couple, and our phone call will allow us to dive deeper into planning your engagement session, as well as discussing your vision for your wedding day. I’ll also send you a session guide to help you prepare for your engagement session, making sure everything goes smoothly and you feel excited for the experience!
03. engagement session
This will be our first time shooting together, and I’m so excited to capture your love! I offer a few different options for an engagement session, but the timing is usually around the same—typically we’ll plan it about 4-5 months before your wedding. We’ll hang out for a few hours, and I’ll document all those special, intimate moments between you two. You’ll receive a sneak peek of your photos within 48 hours, and the full gallery will be ready within 4 weeks! It’s all about making this session fun and relaxed while creating beautiful memories that last a lifetime.
04. planning + timelines
About three months before your wedding, I’ll send over a pretty hefty wedding-day questionnaire. This will help us start planning the photo details for your big day! I’ll gather inspiration from your Pinterest board and collaborate closely with you and your planner to create the perfect photo timeline. This ensures we have enough time to capture everything you want, while keeping the day flowing smoothly. It’s all about making sure every moment gets the attention it deserves!
05. one - month out
The excitement will be so high by now!! I'll do a check in one month out to make sure that we have your timeline squared away and that I have everything I need from you!
06. wedding day!!
On your wedding day, my focus will be on capturing your story authentically, with an eye for the genuine moments that make your celebration uniquely yours. I’ll immerse myself fully in your day, blending in seamlessly to document every smile, tear, and embrace as they naturally unfold. With a calm and prepared presence, I’m ready for anything, ensuring your day is captured in the most honest, beautiful way possible.
07. 72 hours later
I know how excited you'll be to see some photos from the day!! Within 72 hours, you can expect a link in your email with about 100 photos as a preview!
08. your wedding gallery!
10 weeks later, your full gallery will arrive in your inbox!! You can sit back and enjoy reliving your day through the captured memories!!

I got married just 2 days ago and couldn’t wait to write a review for Bri and her team! Bri was absolutely incredible throughout my entire wedding day. She was such a calming force and was such a natural. She was so professional and ensured that every shot I wanted was taken so that I didn’t have to worry about anything. Her and Dana made us laugh the whole day and just really helped to calm our nerves so we could get the best photos possible. Everyone in our bridal party was raving about Bri and about how professional yet fun she was. By 10am the day after our wedding we already had a preview link of photos from the day before and that is the best thing to wake up to after such an amazing night and made us feel that the wedding wasn’t truly over. Bri was able to take our vision (i.e. multiple loosely themed Pinterest boards trying to communicate a certain “vibe” we wanted for our pictures that we were struggling to put words to but that Bri immediately picked up on bc she’s intuitive and an artistic genius) and make it come to life! We had very little experience taking pictures professionally and were worried about awkwardness and posing initially, but we had nothing to worry about. Bri was super informative and asked questions to get to know us, what we were comfortable with, and made sure to address any concerns we had etc. before we ever met face-to-face. That rapport she built with us really helped do away with those “I’m-in-front-of-a-camera-and-I-don’t-know-what-to-do-with-my-hands-or-face” nerves, and her bubbly personality made it easy and fun to work together during our shoots! Bri consistently went above and beyond for us!
My husband and I have no complaints about Bri, Only praise. She is the best photographer we have ever worked with. She made us both so comfortable. She will be your biggest hype person and her work speaks for itself. Bri is so talented with her photography, it truly captures the memories for years to come. don't just take my word for it
I 100% do! In fact, my top two packages include a second shooter because I truly believe they add so much value to your day. Not only do they help create a more relaxed timeline (since I can technically be in two places at once), but they also act as an excellent backup if anything unexpected happens on the day of. It’s all about making sure we capture every important moment and keep things running smoothly so you can enjoy every second without worry!
Hopefully, this would never happen, but heaven forbid it does, I want you to know that the moment I foresee myself not being able to be there, I would let you know right away. If anything were to happen, my second shooter would step in as the lead photographer for the day, and I would bring in another second shooter to ensure everything is covered. Don’t worry, though—I would still handle all of the editing! All of my second shooters are experienced wedding photographers who run their own businesses and are more than capable of taking the reins if needed. You’re in great hands, no matter what!
I’m a total stickler when it comes to backing up and keeping your photos safe! Here’s how I make sure everything is secure: I shoot on cameras with dual memory card slots, so one of the cards is always stored in a safe place until your full gallery is delivered. I also back up all of your photos to two separate hard drives and a cloud backup, just to be extra cautious. After your wedding day, I keep all photos for a month, and then all the edited photos are kept forever. Yup, forever. You can trust that your memories are always safe with me!
I do! My insurance covers me, my second shooter, and anything unexpected that could happen on the day of your wedding. If your venue needs me to send over proof of insurance, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to get that over to them! It’s one less thing for you to worry about, and it ensures that everyone’s covered and ready for your big day.
I sure do! I actually do things a little differently—every package, no matter which one you choose, just requires a $1500 non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date. This gives you the flexibility to decide on the exact package and any add-ons you may want or need after booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding, and the best part is, you can split that final payment up however works best for you! It’s all about making the payment process as easy and stress-free as possible.
