To officially secure your date, a signed contract and a $250 non-refundable retainer are required. Everything is handled through a private online portal, making the process simple, organized, and stress-free for you!

Aside from your $ 250 retainer, which is due at the time of booking, your final payment is due 7 days prior to your wedding date. I'm super flexible in the in-between, which allows you to break up your payments however you'd like.

I typically suggest booking your couples or engagement session about two months in advance. That gives us plenty of time to plan your location, outfits, and overall vibe without feeling rushed.
If you’re hoping for a date during the busy season — March through May or September through October, it’s best to reach out as soon as possible to ensure we can reserve your preferred date. Those months tend to fill up fast!

If you’re using your photos for save-the-dates, I recommend scheduling your session about 7–9 months before your wedding to allow time for shooting, editing, and printing.
If your session is simply to celebrate this season, anytime 2–6 months before your wedding works perfectly. Just keep in mind the season and light you love most — whether that’s spring blooms or golden fall tones — and reach out early so we can plan around it.

All of my wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session. If you book your wedding within two months of your session, you can choose between a package discount or using that value toward rehearsal dinner coverage.
If you book after the two-month window, the session will simply roll into rehearsal coverage — either way, it’s always put toward telling your story in a meaningful way.

If you need to reschedule, the first change is completely free — I get that life happens! After that, any additional reschedules will include a $100 fee to help cover the time and planning that goes into holding your date.
If you need to cancel, your retainer is non-refundable, and cancellations made within 7 days of your session will result in forfeiting all monies paid.

Don’t worry, I always plan ahead for weather! When we schedule your session, I automatically block off two potential dates just in case. I’ll make the final call the morning of your session, based on the forecast.
If we end up needing to reschedule after that, we’ll find another backup date that works for everyone. A little drizzle never scares me off though — I’m totally comfortable shooting in light rain, and some of the most romantic photos happen that way.
