If you’re looking for wedding photography pricing, you might be wondering why I don’t have a full investment guide available upfront. And I get it—you want to know what to expect before reaching out! But here’s the thing—your wedding isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your photography package shouldn’t be either. Rather than sending out a generic pricing guide, I take the time to get to know you first, ensuring that what I offer is perfectly tailored to your day.
I believe your wedding photography experience should feel intentional, personal, and completely tailored to you. No two wedding days are the same, which is why I don’t offer cookie-cutter pricing or pre-made packages. Instead, I take the time to learn about your wedding day before crafting a custom investment guide that fits exactly what you need.
As a Nashville wedding photographer, I’ve worked with couples planning everything from multi-day celebrations to intimate elopements, and I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have a photography package that reflects the unique details of your day.
While my starting price remains the same (9 hours at $6,950 for my Classic Wedding Package), every wedding proposal I create is customized after we chat. That means before I send you anything, I’ll ask a few key questions and schedule a quick call to get to know you both.
Why? Because your wedding day isn’t like anyone else’s—and your photography package shouldn’t be either.
Some couples want full weekend coverage, capturing everything from the rehearsal dinner to the morning-after brunch. Others are hosting an intimate wedding with a more condensed timeline.
By taking this custom approach, I ensure that what I’m offering is exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less.
Beyond just logistics, this process is also about building a connection. As a photographer, I’ll be with you through every emotional, intimate, and unforgettable moment of your wedding day. I truly believe that the best wedding photos happen when there’s trust and comfort between us—when you feel at ease knowing that I’m there to document your story, not just take pictures.
This is why I don’t believe in just sending over a pricing guide and calling it a day. Instead, I want to hear your vision, learn about what’s most important to you, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
And trust me—I also know this process isn’t for everyone. Some couples just want a price list, and that’s totally okay! But for those who value a more intentional, personalized photography experience, this approach makes all the difference.
One of the biggest benefits of this custom approach is that it allows your wedding day to feel exactly as it should—a celebration, not a photoshoot.
When couples choose me as their wedding photographer, they’re not just booking someone to show up and take pictures. They’re booking someone who truly cares about their experience—someone who ensures that their day flows naturally, with enough time to capture all the meaningful moments without feeling rushed.
This is why I always encourage couples to prioritize connection over just finding a photographer who fits their budget. When you work with someone who takes the time to get to know you, understands your wedding vision, and customizes an experience just for you, it makes all the difference in how your day feels.
If this sounds like the experience you’re looking for, I’d love to connect! Here’s how the process works:
1. Fill out my inquiry form – Tell me about your wedding plans, your love story, and what you’re envisioning for photography – you can do this here.
2. We’ll schedule a call – This is where we’ll chat about your wedding day, go over key details, and talk through any specific photography needs you have.
3. I’ll create a custom proposal for you – After our call, I’ll send over a tailored investment guide designed to fit your wedding perfectly.
If you’re planning a wedding in Nashville, NYC, or beyond, and you want a photography experience that feels personal, seamless, and tailored to you, let’s chat!
Inquire here and let’s start the conversation—I can’t wait to hear all about your day.
