the way i document your day
I move through a wedding day with equal parts intention and intuition. Some moments need gentle guidance; like portraits where I’ll step in and help you feel natural and confident. Other moments deserve space, and that’s when I quietly step back and let things unfold on their own.
My background in fine art shaped the way I see; I naturally pay attention to light, movement, and composition; but what matters most is how a moment feels. I’m not chasing perfection. I’m noticing connection.
Throughout the day, I blend digital photography with 35mm film and a few Polaroids woven in naturally. Digital allows me to respond quickly to fleeting moments. Film adds depth and softness. Together, they create imagery that feels timeless without feeling overly polished or staged.
At the end of it all, my goal is simple: for your photos to feel like you. Honest. Relaxed. Emotional. And never forced.
Each collection is crafted to honor your celebration as a whole; not in timed segments, but as a complete story. I offer full wedding day and multi-day wedding weekend coverage, allowing your experience to unfold naturally and without pressure. Your celebration is documented with presence, intention, and a blend of digital and 35mm film woven thoughtfully throughout.
Optional additions like engagement sessions, rehearsal coverage, second photographers, and Super 8 film are available for couples who want to expand their story even further.

Super 8 is available as a discounted add-on to any wedding package, or as its own standalone offering. However you choose to include it, the process is slow, intentional, and rooted in your connection. I’ll gently guide you throughout, blending your natural rhythm with a hint of editorial direction to create something nostalgic and truly yours.
Most couples invest between $2,200-3,000 for Super 8, depending on how they want it woven into their day.

Planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving pieces, but your photography experience shouldn’t add to the noise. From the moment you reach out to the day you’re reliving your gallery years from now, my job is to make everything feel easeful, supportive, and genuinely cared for.

01. the discovery call
After you inquire, we’ll schedule a relaxed video or phone call to talk through your vision, priorities, and what matters most. These conversations are essential, this isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience, but a creative collaboration built on trust and shared intention. I’m not just showing up as a vendor; I’m here as your photographer and a partner who genuinely cares about your day feeling true to you.
After we chat, I’ll send a personalized wedding investment guide tailored to your celebration.
02. secure your date
Once you’ve reviewed your personalized investment guide and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your private client portal with everything you need; your contract, invoice, questionnaires, and helpful resources, all in one organized place.
To officially reserve your date, a $1,500 retainer and signed contract are required. Once those are complete, your date is secured, and we can move into the fun part: dreaming, planning, and shaping a photo experience that feels true to you both.
From there, I’m fully in your corner, ready to support, collaborate, and bring your vision to life with intention.
03. resources, galore
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access to your private client portal. Inside, you’ll find two personalized questionnaires, one to help me get to know you both more deeply, and another to gather the key details of your wedding day.
You’ll also receive my 100+ page wedding guidebook filled with tips, inspiration, and insights to make planning feel seamless. Plus, you’ll get a link to start curating your Pinterest board, which we’ll use together later on.
And because I love adding thoughtful touches, you’ll find a few extra resources and surprises along the way, small ways to make this season feel intentional, supported, and full of excitement.
04. your engagement session
Every package includes an engagement session, and this is where the fun really begins. Using your questionnaire as a guide, I’ll help you plan a session that feels like you, whether that’s grabbing coffee at your favorite spot, wandering the beach, or exploring somewhere meaningful to your story.
This time together isn’t just about beautiful photos (though you’ll get plenty). It’s about creating space to feel comfortable, connected, and completely at ease in front of the camera before your wedding day.
05. questionnaires
The time between your engagement session and our timeline-building call is all about dreaming and planning. This is when you’ll start curating your Pinterest board, gathering inspiration, and refining the meaningful details of your day.
While I’m not a planner, I’m here for you every step, offering insight on lighting, locations, and ways to make your day feel even more intentional and true to you.
Around the six-month mark, you’ll get a quick check-in email from me to see how everything is going and offer support wherever it’s needed, a little reminder that I’m always in your corner.
06. timeline planning
Around four months out, you’ll start filling out your wedding day questionnaire, this is where all the details begin coming together. At three months, we’ll build your custom photo timeline. We’ll collaborate through a shared Google Drive to keep everything organized and stress-free, and depending on your day’s complexity, we can hop on a call or meet for coffee if you’re local.
This part of the process is all about intention and ease, making sure your day flows smoothly, your priorities are honored, and you can be fully present while I capture it all.
07. final planning call + wedding day prep
About a month out, we’ll hop on a final call, or grab coffee if we’re local, to walk through your photo timeline and review your Pinterest board. This helps me understand not just what you love, but why, so I can photograph your day with clarity and intention.
The week before your wedding, I’ll do a final venue walk-through to get a fresh feel for the space and light. Behind the scenes, I’m prepping gear, loading film, charging batteries, and double-checking my bridal emergency kit.
From there, we’ll shift communication to text to keep things simple and stress-free. You’ll have everything you need, and I’ll be right here, calm, prepared, and ready to document it all.
08. your wedding day!
When your wedding day arrives, I’ll be there with multiple cameras, digital, film, and Polaroids, to photograph the soul of your day as it naturally unfolds. From quiet, emotional moments to joyful chaos, I’m there for all of it.
My approach is rooted in storytelling. I’ll step in with gentle direction when it’s helpful, but never make your day feel like a photoshoot. I’ll guide you through locations, help with timeline pivots, and support family as needed so everything flows with ease.
Through it all, my goal is simple: to keep the energy light and the focus on what matters most, so you can stay present, soak it in, and make beautiful memories with the people and places that mean the most.
09. wedding previews
Within 72 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive your preview gallery, typically around 100 photos, a little glimpse into every part of your day. These images are ready to share with friends and family while the memories are still fresh, giving you a beautiful way to relive the joy and emotion of it all right away.
10. gallery delivery
Within 6–10 weeks of your wedding day, you’ll receive your full gallery, complete with digital images, 35mm film scans, and your Polaroids. If you’re dreaming of a custom album, this is also when we’ll begin the design process, creating something timeless and tactile to preserve your story.
And as a little something to hold onto, I’ll mail you your original Polaroids, because some memories are meant to live off-screen.
