From the second Kate reached out to me about shooting her and Scott’s wedding in New Orleans, I knew instantly that we were going to be friends. Their intimate wedding in the New Orleans French Quarter will forever be one of my favorite love stories I’ve ever captured. Kate + Scott are pure magic.
Truly, Everything about their day was so intentional.
Kate + Scott started their day off getting ready in a hotel in the French Quarter with their families. Once they were ready, they met each other downstairs to do their first look. It was important to Kate + Scott to have the time to run around the French Quarter for their portraits, which was an absolute blast on the perfect late fall day that we had. We ended our portraits at The Pharmacy Museum, where they got married in the courtyard with their close friends and family. We danced the night away in the garden at the museum until the second-line band arrived. They ended the day at Pat O’Brien’s for their after-party – talk about the perfect way to end a New Orleans wedding.

“We were best friends before we ever started dating. And slowly we started hanging out more and more. Then one day we were like “this is a thing.” We are truly the same exact person and just love being together. Our life is so busy but we love just to go through life together.”
“I still can not stop looking at my wedding photos. Bri showed up and absolutely killed it. She understood my vision perfectly. As a photographer myself, I had very high standards, and Bri went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.”
