My Approach to Documenting Your Day
I move through a wedding with equal parts intention and intuition. During portraits I'll gently guide you so you feel natural and confident, never stiff or like you're just standing there waiting for it to be over. During the quiet in between moments I step back completely and just let things unfold.
Before your wedding we'll work together on a timeline that actually gives you room to breathe. I offer full day coverage, so you're never watching the clock or feeling like you have to rush through moments because you're running out of hours. Not a minute by minute schedule that leaves you feeling stressed, but a flow that lets you be fully present for your own day, from getting ready all the way through your last dance.
My Fine Arts background shapes the way I see light and movement, but honestly what matters most to me is connection. I'm not chasing perfection. I'm noticing emotion.
I shoot a mix of digital, 35mm film, and Polaroids throughout the day. Digital makes sure nothing gets missed. Film adds that warmth and grain that makes a photo feel like a memory the second you see it. And Polaroids are just fun. Together they create something that feels real and timeless all at once.
My hope is that when you look back at your photos, they don't just remind you how everything looked. They take you right back to how it felt to be there.

If you're looking for someone who will direct every single shot, deliver a strictly posed and heavily edited gallery, or simply show up on the day and disappear until then, I'm probably not your person. And that's okay.
