All locations within 150 miles round trip of Nashville, TN or Cincinnati, OH are included with no travel fee. Aside from that, I have all - inclusive travel fee packages that can be added into the total cost of your wedding package.

While I'm perfectly comfortable photographing your day solo - a second shooter helps the flow of the day tremendously. It allows me to be in two places at once as well as gives an entirely different perspective to your day. All of my second shooters are experienced photographers who shoot weddings on their own as well.

All wedding galleries are guaranteed back within 8 weeks (depending on the season). Though if you don't want to wait that long (which I totally understand) I have a rush option add on that can get your photos back in under 2 weeks.

I guarentee at least 300 photos in every wedding gallery. Though, I typically deliver around 35-50 images per hour, though keep in mind, every wedding is different. The exact amount of images you will receive back all depends on how your day unfolds.

A signed contract and a $1500 non-refundable retainer fee is required to book your date. Everything is done and organized through a private online portal to make it as streamlined and easy as possible for you.

I take on an incredibly limited amount of weddings a year to be sure my clients get the best of me. I only taking on 15-18 weddings for the entire year. Though I do have a bit more flexibility in my availability for week-day elopements.

I require %1500 of your package at the time of booking as your non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining fee is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. If you're interested in a payment plan that is split up more than 2 payments, please reach out and we can organize whatever works best for you!

Heaven forbid something out of my control happens (act of God, illness, death, etc), but in this case, first and foremost I will communicate this with you. I'll then off to send my trained second shooter and i'll still edit your images or I will do my best to help find you a replacement photographer to take my place that I trust with a similar style to me.

While I am not your planner (and I highly suggest you have one), I do work hand-in-hand with them. Your planner is skilled at making a day of timeline but doesn't always know how long specific photography moments take - I'll make sure that we have a timeline that allows enough time for photos when needed.

I do not, as I believe that editing is half the magic that goes into images and without this huge step the images are only halfway done. I promise to never leave any photos out that you’ll want/need, and if you feel I missed delivering a photo, just ask!

If you’ve already paid your non-refundable retainer fee, there will be a $500 reschedule fee if I am available on the new date. Otherwise, the retainer fee is non-refundable and a new retainer fee will have to be made in order to hold your new date. In case of cancellation the retainer is non-refundable.
